Recently the children in room two have been inspired and interested in building buildings from around the world. One of our classmates inspired this building trend by talking with several of his friends about the "Leaning Tower of PIsa". Using stacking cups more than half the class worked together to create their version of the "Leaning Tower of Pisa". This structure stayed upright for two whole days with many children stopping by to add their own elements. Today we took the tower down and have decided that we will try the "Eiffel Tower" tomorrow. We have also decided that we would like to try and create our own city. This will be a 3D model! (hopefully) We are asking that you send in your old cereal and cracker boxes, so that we can use them to create buildings. (Just send recycling to school until further notice! Please make sure it is clean!!)
Tomorrow is "funky footwear" day! Wear your coolest socks and or shoes!
